A little bit about me

Hi there, Kait here! Born and raised in Northeast Texas, I eventually outgrew my small-town roots and set my sights on something new—heading west to discover what Colorado had to offer.

From the moment I arrived, I was overwhelmed by the natural beauty—so much so that I was brought to tears. Nearly every weekend, I found myself drawn to the mountains, exploring them in any way I could and doing my best to capture their essence. It was exactly what I had spent most of my childhood and adolescence daydreaming about <3

After collectively spending 10 years in the corporate realm, I decided to quit my cushiony office job in order to live more authentically, even if it meant being financially unstable at times. Personally I believe life is about taking risks, connecting with likeminded people, sharing gained knowledge, and most importantly, living a life you’re genuinely proud of.

Besides photography, I also enjoy rock climbing, reading, backcountry camping, and strumming my guitar. Music has always been one of my biggest inspirations.

Currently, I am back in Texas converting a ‘93 Ford Econoline Campervan with plans to live on the road for awhile & be able to enjoy the sights this beautiful planet has to offer.
